Wei Ern graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Second Class (Upper Division) Honours) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2024.

Wei Ern joined Kalco Law LLC as a Practice Trainee and now serves as an Associate in the firm’s [Dispute Resolution / Civil Disputes] team. He has assisted in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes in both the State Courts and High Court of Singapore, and also has experience assisting with family and matrimonial matters.

Above all, Wei Ern views his legal practice as a form of service, and strives to guide his clients through the complexities of the legal process with empathy and diligence.

Outside of work, Wei Ern is an avid sports fan who enjoys staying active, and can often be found out on the football pitch. He is also actively involved in serving in his local church.
