Sebastian started practice in February 1994 with a focus on civil and criminal litigation and corporate matters. A senior lawyer with more than 26 years of practice, he now handles mainly conveyancing, probate, matrimonial, and other non-contentious work. His background as a trained mediator and coach, and as a lay pastor in his local church and marketplace, enables him to advise and represent clients strategically and holistically, paying careful attention to the clients’ emotional and psychological well-being. He used to serve as an honorary legal adviser to the Institute of Estate Agents and in the Consumers’ Association of Singapore as a Central Committee member, Education Committee Chairman, and Mediation Committee Chairman. He has conducted workshops on relating to children and young adults to school principals, counselors, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, and others in the people-helping sector.
