Ronnie is a University of London (LLB) graduate with extensive legal experience in supporting criminal defence litigation. As the Legal Manager of Kalco, Ronnie works closely with the Managing Directors to administers the day-to-day operations of the firm, streamline internal protocols workflows, and oversees operation secretarial matters. In addition, Ronnie maintains the IT support, legal technology software, developed safe management measures and mentor new legal staff to ensure operational efficiency.

Ronnie is part of the legal team which handled some of the high-profile criminal trials and appeals where he assisted from the onset to the closure of case by conducting in depth factual investigation and legal research. Ronnie has also been actively assisting in other areas of civil litigation such as personal injury litigation, insurance claims, adoption, applications under the Mental Capacity Act, and preparation of Wills. Furthermore, Ronnie speaks Malay fluently which enhance and strengthen the delivery of legal services to diverse clientele.
