Grace was appointed as a director of Kalco Law LLC in April 2022. Having been in practice since 1994, Grace specialises in property-related transactions and loan mortgage financing. This includes commercial, corporate, private property and construction loans.

Her wealth of experience includes acting for institutional clients in the purchase of commercial buildings and land parcels from URA, as well as from HDB tenders and private treaties. Grace has also acted in the sale and purchase of residential properties, commercial properties, HDB shophouses, JTC factories and conservation shophouses.

Her vast array of experience further extends to acting for major banks in Singapore in mortgagees’ sale auctions, loan mortgage documentation, as well as corporate real estate loan documentation. Grace has also represented major developers in Singapore in the sale of local housing projects, including en-bloc purchases and launch of properties overseas.

Prior to joining Kalco Law, Grace was formerly with Yeo-Leong & Peh LLC and Capital Law Corporation.
