Stacey Teng


Stacey graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Laws and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Stacey commenced her legal practice by assisting in a wide spectrum of cases, including corporate and commercial disputes as well as civil, matrimonial and criminal disputes in all levels of the Singapore Courts.

Stacey’s primary area of practice is corporate and commercial law. Stacey has assisted and acted for both companies as well as investors in capital raising exercises as well as in corporate restructuring exercises. Stacey also has substantial experience in acting for corporate and individual clientele for real estate transactions, as well as various local banks and financial institutions in Singapore. Stacey’s other areas of practice include Mental Capacity Act matters as well as matrimonial and family related disputes. Stacey regularly advises and assists clients on Grant of Representation applications, Lasting Power of Attorneys, and drafting of bespoke Wills.

Stacey’s life mission is to live out a servant-minded attitude by looking to the interests of others, and endeavors to wholeheartedly serve and journey with the clients who have been entrusted to her. Outside of practice, Stacey is highly passionate about equipping the next generation to live out their faith and vocation both in the marketplace as well as in their daily lives.
