Gabriel graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and achieved prizes for overall best assessment performance for all three years in university and a book prize for best assessment in European Union Law.
Gabriel is experienced in aspects of civil litigation and dispute resolution with an emphasis on tortious personal injury claims and insurance litigation ranging from State Court to High Court matters. He has also assisted in commercial and contractual disputes, land law disputes and corporate law issues involving breach of director’s duties and shareholders’ rights.
His other areas of practice include applications under the Mental Capacity Act, extracting Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration, preparation of wills and advising on employment related disputes.
