Associate Director
Bill graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bristol, and is a practising Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Bill has represented clients in a wide range of matrimonial, mental capacity act and probate disputes. Although he believes in collaborative dispute resolution, he is equally capable of successfully arguing and resolving contentious proceedings to reach a fair and justice outcome for his clients.
Apart from contentious matters, Bill has advised clients on private client matters. This include the drafting of wills, applications for letters of representation, Lasting Power of Attorneys, deputyship application and adoption matters.
At the heart of his practice, Bill endeavours to demonstrate empathy and compassion toward his clients. He believes in the precept of acting justly, loving mercy and walking in humility.
Outside of practice, Bill leads worship in his local church. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys exploring various estates in Singapore in his downtime.
